New Customers Ordering for the FIRST Time
    1. Search for the products you wish to order using “SEARCH PRODUCTS”
    2. Add items to your cart using the “+”
    3. Click on the check out link to complete your order.
    4. Follow the instructions to complete your order. If you prefer to mail in your order,         please click HERE to download the online form from Health Matters International.         Adobe Reader is required to view the downloaded file, click here to download a free         version of Adobe Reader.
    5. First fax then mail original prescriptions to Health Matters International at:

        For medications being shipped from Health Matters US pharmacy, faxes
        can only be accepted from the prescribing physician’s office. US
        Pharmacies cannot dispense medications from prescriptions faxed from any
        source other than the prescribing physician’s office.

Existing Customers Ordering Re-Fills or New Prescriptions
    1. Enter Username and Password located on the “About Us” screen
    2. Select products for refill off of you previously ordered list or search for the products you wish to order using
        “SEARCH PRODUCTS”
    3. Add items to your cart using the “+”
    4. When completed adding ALL products to cart go to checkout using the “cash register” icon
    5. Follow the instructions to complete your orders
    6. First fax then mail original prescriptions to Health Matters International at:

Getting Your Prescription to Health Matters International (ENGLISH ONLY)
    1. When you have finished your order online, please fax or mail original prescriptions to Health Matters
        International at:

Orders Placed through US Pharmacy
    1. If you have a prescription from your doctor, you must mail it to the pharmacy. All controlled substances can only
        be filled with an original prescription mailed to the pharmacy.
